Deshipu Mass-Produces PCTFE Raw Materials and Products

Deshipu (Liaoning) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. independently designed a fully enclosed polymerization reactor, which is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system. This has increased the qualification rate of PCTFE products from 30% in the trial production stage to 92% in the mass production stage.

 

The key indicators of its produced PCTFE resin, such as melt flow index and tensile strength, have surpassed those of Japan's NEOFLON series, reaching the world's top level. Since it was put into production in September 2024, the company has produced 50 tons of PCTFE raw materials and products in the first quarter. These products have been applied to the hydrogen storage tank seals of a domestic hydrogen energy equipment enterprise, achieving a breakthrough in the "first domestic substitution order".
